返品・不良品について
不良品（ムーブメントの動作不良*外装の損傷は含まれない）明らかな商品不良及びお届け品の間違いの場合、商品到着日より1週間以内であれば、返品・交換・修理を承ります。同じ商品の在庫が無い場合、また再製作でのご案内が対応困難な場合には返金での対応となります。当製品は発送前に必ず品質検査（動作確認・外装確認）を行なった上にて発送いたします。外装の不良・箱の割れや傷等は対応できかねます事ご了承ください。

Explanation of Charges Other Than the Product Price: The selling price is the displayed amount (listed price including tax), but additional shipping fees will apply.

Application Validity Period: Your order will be considered a formal purchase application at the time it is received.

Regarding Returns and Defective Products: If the product is defective (e.g., malfunctioning movement *Exterior damage not included), clearly faulty, or incorrect compared to what was ordered, we will accept returns, exchanges, or repairs within one week of the product’s arrival. If the same item is out of stock or a reproduction is not feasible, we will issue a refund instead. All products undergo a quality inspection (including operational and exterior checks) before shipping. Please note that we cannot accommodate issues related to exterior damage, such as cracks or scratches on the watch or the box.

Return Period: Returns are accepted within one week from the date the product arrives. Please note that returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

1. If more than one week has passed since the product's arrival without contacting us.

2. If the product has been used by the customer and has become soiled or damaged (including functional issues, exterior damage, or crushed packaging).

3. If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., incorrect order quantity or the product not matching expectations).

Return Shipping Costs: In cases of clear product malfunction, we will cover the return shipping costs. This applies only to domestic customers. International shipments are excluded.
