Returns and defective products
In the case of defective products (movement malfunctions *excluding exterior damage), obvious product defects, or incorrectly delivered products, we will accept returns, exchanges, or repairs within one week of the product's arrival date. If the same product is not in stock or if we are unable to offer a remanufactured product, we will provide a refund. All products undergo quality inspections (operation and exterior checks) before shipping. Please note that we cannot accept returns for exterior defects, cracked or scratched boxes, etc.
